The Final Strand

Synopsis

It began with the wind; it ended with the stars.

Hazel Strand Lewis is perfect. She is beautiful. She has wealth and connections. Her life always goes according to plan. For seven generations, the Strand women have had everything their hearts could desire — except their hearts desire nothing. For seven generations, their hearts have been frozen, unable to feel.

Until Hazel's grandfather dies.

Seth Smith has lost everything: his soccer team, his friends, his home. Everything has gone wrong. For seven generations, the Smiths have been plagued by misfortune. They are strong; they laugh, they love, they have large families, but calamity follows them everywhere they go.

Until Hazel's grandfather dies.

He has brought them both to Safe Haven, for he has found the lock to the curse that binds both families.

And Hazel and Seth are the keys.
